Operation: Gratitude

As part of JOE Ten, a private company running military-adjacent operations, Greta and Finn excel at getting the job done, whether it’s ferreting out terrorist groups or rescuing trafficked people. Personal feelings are a distraction they can’t afford, but when a mission goes sideways, they can’t suppress them any more.

Stuck in the field with even odds for rescue or the enemy reaching them first, they have little choice but to confront not just the aches in their hearts, but their weaknesses stemming from past traumas.

Because making the wrong decisions will put their existing relationship, careers, and even lives at risk. But the right ones could mean a happiness neither one ever anticipated.
